The short version. Photobe edits your photos entirely on your phone. Your photos and the edits you make to them are never uploaded to us or to anyone else, and they are never used to train anything.
What we do collect is anonymous usage and crash information, so we can tell which tools people use and fix the app when it breaks. There are no adverts in Photobe, and we do not sell or share your data.
Photobe is published on Google Play by Agonized Soul ("we", "us"). This policy
covers the Photobe Android application, package name com.aariyan.photoeditor, and
nothing else.

This is the part most people want answered, so it comes first.
Photobe stores a small amount of information about your projects in a database on your device so you can return to your work. That database never leaves your phone and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Photobe uses Google Firebase to understand how the app is used and to find crashes. The following is the complete list.

These events carry only the categories of information listed above — for example the name of a tool such as "blur", or a size band such as "large". They never carry your photos, filenames, or the contents of anything you edit.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.
Photobe relies on the following Google services. Each is governed by Google's own privacy policy, at policies.google.com/privacy.

Photobe uses the Android photo picker, so it does not request broad access to your photo library. It receives only the single image you select.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process the data in section 3 on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping Photobe working and in understanding which features are worth maintaining. That interest is balanced against your privacy by collecting no personal identifiers and no content. For purchases, the legal basis is performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
You may ask us to confirm what data relating to your installation we hold, to provide a copy of it, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also object to our processing it.
To make any of these requests, email abdulhady.aariyan@gmail.com with the subject line "Data request". We will respond within 30 days. Because we hold no account and no name, please tell us the approximate dates you used the app and your device model so we can locate the records.
You can also delete everything held on your device, at any time and without asking us, by uninstalling Photobe. That removes your projects, your settings, and the local Firebase identifier. Once that identifier is gone, no future data can be linked to your past use.
Photobe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has used the app and you want the associated records removed, email us and we will delete them.
All data described in section 3 is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Because your photos never leave your device, they are protected by your device's own security — your screen lock and Android's storage encryption.
Firebase processes the data in section 3 on Google's infrastructure, which may be located outside your country, including in the United States. Google applies the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to those transfers.
If we change what Photobe collects, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be described in the app's release notes on Google Play.
